The use of the word, 'materials' includes any or all of the information, artwork, text, video, audio, animation, or image files on the website. The Deaf Culture Centre has made all reasonable efforts to ensure that materials, for which the copyright belongs to a third-party, have been posted on the website with consent from the respective copyright owner(s). The information on this website is intended for non-commercial, personal use only. Copying, redistribution or exploitation for personal or corporate gain is not permitted. Reproduction of any material is prohibited without the express written authorization of the Deaf Culture Centre and/or the respective copyright owner(s).

Shipping & Return Policy
Foreign (outside of Canada) and U.S. orders under $200.00 are shipped via Canada Post Service. For orders over $200.00, call 416-203-9168 or email us at giftshop@deafculturecentre.ca for details.
There are no refunds for individual customers unless the products are found to be damaged or defective. If an item is damaged upon arrival the customer must CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. Please keep any damaged packaging to show the shipment company.
Defective materials will be replaced promptly if defects are reported within 10 days of receipt and returned. Please contact us for an authorization number to return the defective item. We will ship a replacement immediately. If you receive a defective videotape, do not rewind. Please include a note explaining the nature of the defect.
