Certificate of liability and alcohol license are the responsibility of the renting organization/ individual.

Tables provided by DCC - 3 round tables of different heights.

PAY PARKING
Lot out front $2.00/hour or $10.00/14 hours

Parliament and Front .75/hour or $6.50/9am-6pm, $4.00/6pm-7am

Catering and Chairs/TablesThe Distillery District has a list of mandatory service providers such as chair/table rentals and security. They also have a recommended list for catering companies but you may choose your own caterer.

CORKAGE FEE
None

SECURITY
Security is required for any event that will have alcohol on site. The Distillery requires the use of the security company, Star Security. One Security Guard is required per 100 people at a cost of $22.00/hour.

DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost is required upon booking.
