Chad Reeves has come a long way from his difficult early years. He was born Deaf and grew up in a white foster system, and had no early connections with his native culture. His isolation and search for identity led him to a life on the streets and a solvent addiction. However, his desire to become an artist helped him to overcome this addiction and lifestyle.

Today Chad is internationally recognized with his art having been shown in New York, London, Germany and Japan. He uses a unique combination of graffiti art techniques and traditional Aboriginal iconography. Both Chad's life and art are strong and inspiring.
